Strength Backed by Testing

Armacon reinforcing steel is tested by SGS to confirm its material properties and compliance with the applicable requirements of AS/NZS 4671.

The testing is carried out by an SGS laboratory accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025. This accreditation confirms that the laboratory operates to internationally recognised standards for testing competence, accuracy and quality management.

The resulting test documentation provides independent evidence of product performance and gives customers confidence in the consistency, strength and suitability of Armacon reinforcing steel.

BPIR Compliance:

Under the Building Product Information Requirements (BPIR) Regulations 2022, manufacturers and suppliers must provide clear information about their building products, including relevant performance characteristics and details about the organisations responsible for supplying or producing them.
